I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the theater district and just off Times Square. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make my experience wonderful. The dining options were great, offering a variety of regional products. However, the facilities were a bit lacking, especially with the unprofessional behavior of one staff member pretending to be the restaurant manager which made the place look cheap.
