the location was convenient i walked to many attractions and subway access was nearby the staff was attentive and helpful with directions and recommendations. i found the room to be clean and well-kept with a comfortable bed and modern amenities i was actually surprised by the complimentary bottled water provided daily.
i found the in-room coffee options somewhat limited.

the location was acceptable , as it was near times square.
the billing process was a problem for me. i prepaid for my stay , but the hotel billed me again for over twice the amount. it took five days to get the money returned , which caused a lot of stress.
